The Tomorrow when we had already met: Chapther 2, Warriors of Amal Ialad

*~~Arabella~~*
When the second girl had arrived, the young man turned around and faced her again. She looked at the girl next to her, Wilma had shown Arabella who she was in her school catalog, Wilma had said she was shy and a little weird, Sarah, her name was, if Arabella remembered right. Anyways, the young man was now smiling, even though there still was a hint of sadness in the grey eyes. The woman, who had been a butterfly just a second ago, could only be described as white, and not to mention beautiful. She had her eyes closed and didn't smile.
"I...am Tenso", the young man said. "And this...is Ingya. She is also known as the Messenger, or the White Woman." Arabella looked at her, it was creepy how white she was.
"And...and where-where are we?" Sarah said. Arabella was surprised she opened her mouth, Wilma had said she almost never talked.
"I suppose you would like to know that, would you not." Tenso said.
"Y-ye-yes, I-we wou.." her round face became very red, so she must have realized she didn't have to answer the question. Arabella almost felt bad for the poor girl, she was so awkward. Tenso just smiled kindly.
"We are...as I said before, in Amal Ialad. The bridge that unites all of the worlds, you may say. I have the highest rank, so you might say I am the leader. And now...I will tell you why you are here."
He looked at them. Arabella felt that whatever he said, she wouldn't be surprised. A butterfly had taken her to a castle on clouds, and the butterfly had turned into a woman. Then a young man, that always seemed to pause at the beginning of his sentences, said they were at a bridge that united all of the worlds. Worlds. In plural.
"You are here....because you have been chosen to become the Warriors of Amal Ialad." he said. Ingya smiled at them for the first time.

Silence.

"Lol, wut?" was all Arabella could think of to say.
"Excuse me...?" Tensos said, uncomprehending.
"It's just a thing you say...." she said, a little embarrassed. If she hadn't been so confused, she would have said something different. Somethingcompleatlydifferent.
"In any case, to be Warriors of Amal Ialad...you have to have powers. Which you now have." he continued.
Powers?
"Ingya....if you could be so kind.."
Ingya stepped forward and smiled again.
"Do you want to find out your powers now?" she asked innocently, her smile teasing.
She so knew they wanted to know now.
"But is it not it better to let you find out for yourselves? What do you think, Tenso?" she turned to him, he looked at her tiredly in a way that said 'just leave me out of this'.
If only she could say it, already.
"But do you even want to know?"
"Oh, 'course not." Arabella said. "Why would I want to my own, rare, special, awesome power?"
"Someone is a little annoyed." She answered teasingly. Arabella could almost feel one of her veins popping. "Want me to tell you first? Arabella?"
She became a little surprised that the woman knew her name. That was strange, since she wasn't that surprised that she was on a cloud somewhere. The whole thing was so unreal, that it probably hadn't sinked in yet.
"Should I take your silent as a 'yes'? Well, I will."
Thank you, for ignoring what I want. But yeah, I would like to know first.
"You, Arabella, can now control people's feelings, needs and memories. You can change them, make them, erase them and control them." she smiled big. "Quite the power, do you not think so?"
Arabella agreed wholeheartedly. Although she was a little disappointed she didn't get a power that made her physique better and she didn't really know if she wanted to control people's feelings and such. At least she couldn't control people fully. She was happy, tough, but since everything felt so unreal it was just a little feeling. Actually, she doubted this whole thing, but she thought it was so fun to hear she had powers that she didn't really care.
Ingya now turned to the other girl. Arabella had almost forgotten she was there.
"Now then, Hannah"
I thought her name was Sarah....Well, wasn't that far off!
"Your powers are not bad, either" Hannah, who had been sitting on her knees, now stood on them. If you looked at her face, you could have thought she was a little kid that heard Christmas would come early. "You are able to change things, nonliving things." Hannah's greenish eyes looked like plates, and her mouth was like a small 'o'. Her already long neck had become even longer. "You cannot change a tree into a flower, but you can change the tree into a flower shape. Or a flower into a tree shape, if you would like to see the strangest flower anyone has ever seen." She smiled big, again. Hannah's eyes shone like stars.
"With these powers" Tenso said. "You will help the worlds, save them and sometimes help and cooperate with the other Warriors of Amal Ialad." Other Warriors? Arabella started to wonder if this whole thing wasn't a joke, Sar-Hannah looked a little doubtful now, too. Other warriors? Save worlds? What? Arabella thought everything became weirder and weirder. Actually, she thought the feeling could be compared to the one she had when she had seen "the moonwalking-bird" for the first time. It was fun to look at it and made her happy, but it seemed weird and almost to good too be true.
"Now...I think you have received the most important information" he said in his special way. "I suggest you practice a little, you will most certainly need it."
Arabella and Hannah looked at each other.
"You should get to know each other some more, too" Ingya said. "But now it is time for you to go back home. Isn't it, Tenso?" She turned to Tenso with a big, big smile on her face and her face shone, she acted like she was anticipating their journey home a little too much. Arabella suddenly wondred how they would get home. To be honest, she didn't know, or rather understood, how she had come here. According to Ingya's reaction, she didnt know if she wanted to know.
Ingya still looked at Tenso with the same expression. He looked at her and sighed.
"I suppose so" he said. Ingya's face lit up even more, if that was possible.
She took out something from her sleeve, a little fabric bag, and put her hand into it. When the hand was out again, there was goldish powder in it
"If you could stand closer to each other" she said.
Arabella and Hannah stood up and took a side-step closer to each other. They were confused, though. How could she know they weren't standing next to each other? Her eyes were closed! Ingya laughed, a high, happy laugh, not a silent, cute one that you'd expect her to do.
"It looks like you really dislike each other! You have to stand closer, you have to touch each other."
So they moved closer until their shoulders touched.
"I wish I would be there to see your expressions" she sighed, and moved the hand with the powder to her mouth.
"Wait, wh-" Arabella didn't come any longer, because Ingya blew the powder on them and then Arabella sat in a really strange position in her chair on the balcony. She sat up properly, picked up the block of paper from the balcony floor, started fanning herself with it again and tried to think about what the heck just had happened.
